KRUKENBERG’S METASTASES AS A CAUSE OF MECHANICAL INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION

Abstarct

Using the example of a clinical case of mechanical intestinal obstruction caused by Krukenberg’s metastases in a patient, it was shown that in a general surgical hospital, this urgent condition can be eliminated by performing metastasectomy with no need for invasive bowel manipulation, such as colostomy, resection of the intestine, or bypass anastomosis
