- Objective – to estimate the presence of risk factors, physical activity and adherence to treatment in cardiological patients in long-term period (1–1,5 years after rehabilitation) depending on social status. Material and methods. Questionnaire survey was conducted in 50 patients aged from 34 to 88 years (27 men and 23 women), including 37 (58 %) patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with an outcome in acute myocardial infarction (MI) without and with revascularization in acute period, and 13 (26 %) patients with unstable angina with an outcome in exertional angina of the 1-2 functional class (FC), who were enrolled in three week course of cardiorehabilitation in the department of medical rehabilitation for patients with somatic diseases in the clinic of FSBEI HE ISMA of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. These persons were discharged from in-patient department 1-1,5 years ago. Authors used “Questionnaire for evaluation of adherence and factors which impact adherence” which was developed in FSBI “National medical research centre of therapy and prevention medicine” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (2015). Results and discussion. In the long-term period after cardiorehabilitation in clinic nearly 1/3 of patients demonstrated low adherence to medication therapy and self-control of arterial pressure (AP). More than half of the patients did not observe motor mode which was personally selected by the doctor of in-patient department, 1/3 of patients continued to ignore doctor’s recommendation to stop smoking, more than half of them did not fulfill the recommendations for nutrition, and each fifth person did not observe recommendations at all. Low adherence to medical recommendation observation was more often revealed in men, in single patients, in employed persons and in patients with low educational level. Conclusion. The obtained data stipulated the necessity of prolonged support of patients after ACS at the third stage of rehabilitation in order to increase their adherence to rehabilitative measures.
