THE REALIZATION OF THE PROJECT “A NEW MODEL OF MEDICAL FACILITY WHICH PROVIDES PRIMARY HEALTH CARE” AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstarct: The industrial concept of “lean production” is considered, the experience of the realization of this project in trans-Baikal territory is described, some problems in the introduction of this project into practice are revealed. The results of the achieving benchmarks of the project which characterize the level of compliance of medical facilities (MF) with the new model of medical facility (NMMF) are evaluated.
