THE APPLICATION EXPERIENCE OF “LEAN PRODUCTION” TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN APPROACHES TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

- Objective – to analyze the organization of some processes in the administration of primary medical care (PMC) in the territorial polyclinic for adults. Material and methods. Mapping and timekeeping of general production processes in the administration of medical care in the polyclinic were performed: making an appointment with a doctor, primary and repeated appointment of the district doctor, nurse work at the doctor’s consultation. Results and discussion. Such main problems of PMC organization concerning district doctor work were revealed: imperfection of the appointment procedure for district doctor consultation through the public services portal, inefficient regulation of the flow of patients who make the appointment with district doctor, time losses related to paperwork of district doctor. Conclusion. In order to improve territorial polyclinic work it is advisable to develop measures of the regulation of the repeated appointment of patients, the rationalization of the process of issuance of certificates and sick leaves, the optimization of the limited resources of secondary medical personnel .
