- Objective – to evaluate the influence of vacuum gradient therapy (VGT) on microhemocirculation in early restoration period after ischemic stroke (IS). Material and methods. The study was performed in Ivanovo regional clinical centre for medical rehabilitation. 30 patients in early restoration period after IS were examined. Functional status of microhemocirculation system was evaluated by laser doppler fluometry (LDF) in paretic and healthy limbs before treatment, after first session of VGT and 10-day treatment. Results and discussion. VGT usage resulted in positive influence on functional status of microcirculatory bed in paretic and healthy limbs. Positive dynamics of LDF-gram indices was revealed on the paresis side: increase of microcirculation index from 5,6 ± 0,6 to 8,0 ± 0,7 perf. units (р < 0,05), rise of flaxmotion level (from 0,6 ± 0,22 to 0,76 ± 0,2 perf. units, p < 0,05), АLF amplitude (from 0,2 ± 0,01 to 0,34 ± 0,05 conventional units). More significant positive alterations of microcirculation parameters were observed in patients with light and moderate hemiparesis. Conclusion. Determined positive dynamics of LDF parameters on VGT background testified to supplementary possibilities of rehabilitative correction in patients in early restoration period after IS
