SYSTEM FOR EARLY DETECTION OF ONCOLOGICAL DISEASES IN LEAN PRODUCTION: MEANS OF IMPROVEMENT

Abstarct: General approaches to the improvement of the system of early detection of oncological diseases in medical facilities which administer primary medico-sanitary aid are analyzed from the point of view of the introduction of management conception of lean production into their work. The status of oncological service in primary link of health care system is generally characterized. Main methods and means of lean production are presented from the point of view of their introduction efficacy in medical facilities in order to improve the routing processes in patients with suspicion of malignant neoplasm.
