SCHOOL MEDICINE: POSSIBILITIES OF PRIMARY PROPHYLAXIS REALIZATION

Abstarct: The problems of primary prophylaxis realization in schools are considered; some disadvantages in the organization of pupils health protection are described. The definite criteria regarding several diseases and functional disorders to “school-associated” pathology are adduced. The results of complex evaluation of schoolchildren health status in prophylactic examinations are analyzed. General trends of improvement of medical treatment system in pediatric educational facilities are marked.
