- Objective – to evaluate treatment efficacy and organism reactivity in patients with benign uterine cervix diseases (BUCD) in various variants of cryosurgical therapy. Мaterial and methods. 203 women were examined among them 165 patients with BUCD (basic group) and 38 conditionally healthy women, who undergone periodical prophylactic examinations (control group). Patients with BUCD were divided into two groups: I – 90 women who undergone isolated cryosurgical treatment by КАG- 01 cryodestructor (one- or two-cyclic methods); II group was composed of 75 patients who were administered cryosurgical therapy by «Моroz-01» cryogenic apparatus. Cryotube exposure was amounting to three minutes at -196 °С. Organism reactivity was estimated by level and activity of В- and Т-lymphocytes upon rosette forming reaction (RFR), leukocyte blast transformation on phytohemaagglutinin (LBT on PHА) and by A-, M- and Gimmunoglobulin level. These parameters were studied before treatment, on the 14-th, 30-th and 45-th days after uterine cervix exposure. Results and discussion. Cryodestruction with additional ultrasound influence in BUCD significantly increased its effectiveness. The zone of tissue freezing increased in ultrasound application; it was combined with destructive action intensification of the cryogen itself. Ultrasound influence upon uterine cervix tissues resulted in stronger normalization of the functions of Т-cellular and humoral links of the organism immunity in comparison to simple cryosurgical method.
