DYNAMICS AND TENDENCIES OF GENERAL INVALIDISM IN ADULT POPULATION DUE TO RESPIRATORY DISEASES IN BASHKORTOSTAN REPUBLIC IN 2015-2019

Abstarct: Objective – to study the parameters of general invalidism in adult population due to respiratory diseases in dynamics in 2015–2019 years in Bashkortostan Republic. Material and methods. The survey was performed upon the data of the Territorial board of Federal service of state statistics and the Ministry of Health care of Bashkortostan Republic. Results and discussion. The total number of the disabled persons due to respiratory diseases was amounting to 1171,0 patients per year on the average for five years; the rate of growth – -15,0 %. Pensioners composed 54,1 % with the increase of the part in the general structure of disability due to respiratory diseases – +19,4 %. The disabled persons from the III group predominated (85,9 %). Chronic obstructive lung disease (69,8 %) and bronchial asthma (21,4 %) were the main nosonomic causes of stable disability acquirement. Conclusion. Thorough analysis of disability parameters allowed to reveal the main risk factors and to develop the substantiated management decisions.
