ANALYSIS OF HIGH-TECH MEDICAL AID PROVISION TO CHILDREN IN ASTRAKHAN REGION

Abstarct: Actuality. One of the most important tasks of governmental policy in the sphere of health care is the increase of availability of high-tech medical aid including children population. Objective – to analyze the state of hightech medical aid to children under conditions of altered financing sources. Material and methods. Complete, analytical and statistical methods of research with calculation of relative and average values and dynamic rank estimation were used in order to reach the aim within the period of observation in 2015–2019 years. Results and discussion. 5183 cases of high-tech medical aid provision to children from Astrakhan region were analyzed from the moment of the transition to insurance principles of payment within the period of 2015-2019 years; annual decrease of such cases was determined. 54,2 % of children received high-tech medical aid in medical facilities of Astrakhan city. Insufficient availability of high- tech medical aid for children from rural territories so as the number of profiles of highly technological medical aid in the region were proved to be the negative factors.
