MEDICO-SOCIAL PROBLEMS OF HEALTH IN ADOLESCENTS AND POSSIBILITIES OF ITS OPTIMIZATION IN PEDIATRIC POLYCLINIC

Abstarct: Retained tendencies of chronic morbid states prevalence in school children and influence of social factors on health status are urgent in pediatrics; they are not thoroughly studied nowadays. Some problems of medico-social aid to adolescents with unfavorable social factors are discussed so as some new approaches to prophylaxis of health disorders and rehabilitation in children which are the grounds of medico-social aid units’ activity of pediatric polyclinic. The programs of medico-social treatment in adolescents and algorithms of integral interaction of parents, teachers and medical workers are developed.
