PRIORITIES OF EFFECTIVE PLANNING OF RESOURSES PROVISION OF MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS (BASED UPON THE DATA ANALYSIS OF FINAL QUALIFICATION REPORTS PERFORMED BY TRAINEES OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS)

- Objective – to determine the preferable trends of the improvement of medical aid to population from the point of view of leaders of medical organization (MO) upon the grounds of structural analysis of the measures for planning its resource provision, adduced in final qualification report (FQR) of the trainees of supplementary educational programs. Material and methods. 114 FQR of the trainees of the programs of professional training and qualification improvement in specialty «Health care management and social health» where they substantiated the main trends and concrete tactic steps of effective planning the resource provision of specific MO were analyzed. Results and discussion. More than 50 % of the trainees concluded that the organization of MO new subdivisions and the improvement of quality management system were proved to be the most perspective from the point of view of coming to effective management decisions. Significantly less attention in FQR was paid to the improvement of documentation, introduction of paid medical services and patient referral to definite specialists. The problem of personnel potential maintenance was developed in 14,9 % of the analyzed reports only. There were no significant differences between the opinions of present and future MO leaders. Conclusions. Practical realization of the suggestions which were developed in FQR would be conducive to the increase of availability and quality of medical aid to population.
