- The close interrelation between the severity of bronchial asthma clinical course and the degree of connective tissue dysplasia manifestations was revealed. The duration of bronchial obstruction in children with bronchial asthma and various phenotypes of connective tissue dysplasia increased 2,2-2,4 times more on the background of allergic rhinitis and extrahospital pneumonia and depended on the degree of connective tissue dysplasia manifestations. The development of pulmonary hypertension and pneumofibrosis in children with bronchial asthma on the background of ehlerslike phenotype was marked two times more often than on the background of unclassified phenotype.
