Ehlers - Danlos syndrome, kyphoscoliotic type: observation in catamnesis

Abstarct: The authors presented the results of seven-year observation in patient with verified diagnosis of Ehlers - Danlos, kyphoscoliotic type stipulated by duplication of 8,9 thousand of nucleotides pairs in PLODI gene”. Its course progradient index and the most significant clinical markers for this pathology were analyzed. It was demonstrated that Ehlers - Danlos syndrome of kyphoscoliotic type might be complicated by vessels ruptures.
