External manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia in pupils

- 847 children aged 7-14 years old were examined in order to reveal external phenotypic features. The high incidence of their expansion was demonstrated. It pointed to the presence of moderate or marked connective tissue dysplasia in more than 50% children. The incidence of separate manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia varied with due regard to pupil maturity also it directly correlated to dysplastic disorders’ manifestation. Unclassified dysplastic phenotype was proved to be domitant among children with connective tissue dysplasia manifestations.
