Clinical significance of heart developmental small abnormalities in complicated congenital heart failures in children

- 263 children aged 3 months - 17 years old were enrolled in the study. The incidence of heart develop- mental small abnormalities in congenital heart failures was revealed; the analysis of these factors significance in failures clinical picture was made. The heart failures course features and possibilities of complications (infectious endocarditis, pulmonary hypertension) were studied. The dynamic clinical and dopplerechocardiographic observation was carried out; 70 children were examined after radical or hemodynamically corrective operations.
