- The report outlined the most effective complex program of aftertreatment for patients with early rheumatic arthritis. This program included basic elements of multidisciplinary medical aid (local air cryotherapy, remedial gymnastics for joints, ergotherapy, orthoprosphetics, educational program). It was demonstrated that the usage of this program parallel with medication therapy within 6 months was conducive to the diminishment of algesic syndrome and disease active phase decrease and to the improvement of functional status, quality of life and locomotive function.
