- The efficacy of rehabilitative measures was analyzed in stroke patients in early restoration period. With due regard to cerebral injury lateralization all patients were divided into right-side injury focal localization group and left-side injury focal localization group. It was determined that the significant regress of the motor defect manifestation was observed in patients with motor disorders in right hemisphere stroke within the rehabilitation period, predominantly owing to ataxia (50%). It positively affected their activity and participation in self-service. In discharge from the hospital these indices were comparable according to manifestation degree with the results in patients with left hemisphere stroke.
