- The results of passive verticalization test in the acute period of ischemic insult were used in order to evaluate post stroke restoration and rehabilitative measures. It was demonstrated that the effectiveness of early rehabilitative measures was statistically more significant in patients without orthostatic hypotension in passive verticalization in the acute period of the disease. The development of orthostatic hypotension was connected with more severe neurological deficiency and slow dynamics of its restoration in patients with sinus rhythm. Also or- thostatic hypotension was connected with low pace of motor activity expansion on the 21st day of ischemic stroke in patient with permanent form of atrial fibrillation.
