- Nowadays the conception of child health active formation is worked out. High frequency of somatic pathology and its early formation, high acute morbidity and social adaptation disorders are revealed in central nervous system perinatal lesions and their consequences. It requires the necessity to find out the new aspects of prevention. Due regard for biorhythmological peculiarities of systemic activity is the important criterion for health evaluation. Desynchronosis onset reflects the decrease of organism adaptation possibilities and medical workers have to take it into consideration in the organization of sanitation and rehabilitation. High frequency of heterochronia is the special feature of physical and intellectual development and physical readiness of modern schoolchildren. The presence of heterochronia and peculiarities of adaptation activity which are associated with it became the ground for the development of medical pedagogical accompaniment program for schoolchildren educational process.
