Abstarct

Authors summarized the results of hemorheology and microcirculation laboratory work of scientific research center of the Ivanovo State Medical Academy and underlined that their findings allowed to determine the leading role of hemorheological disorders in the development of pathological states, to create the algorithm of evaluation and interpretation of the results obtained, to demonstrate the influence of various schemes of pathogenetic therapy on vascular and coagulative rheologic disorders in different diseases. Clinical, diagnostic and prognostic criteria for pathological processes course severity depending on presence and manifestation of blood fluidity disorders and endothelial dysfunction are worked out.
