PECULIARITIES OF MICROHEMODYNAMIC DISORDERS IN CHILDREN WITH CONSTITUTIONAL EXOGENOUS OBESITY AND PUBERTATAL AND JUVENILE DYSPITUITARISM
- Keywords
- constitutional exogenous obesity, pubertatal and juvenile dyspituitarism, microcirculation, hyperinsulinemia, arterial pressure
- Abstarct
- In investigation of microcirculatory channel which is the target organ in various pathological states it is revealed that blood flow intensity decrease takes place in children with obesity. In pubertatal and juvenile dyspituitarism it is conditioned by vasomotor activity increase, in constitutional exogenous obesity it is caused by afferent vessels spasm which is followed by the diminishment of initially functioning capillaries number and by the vascular tonus heightening.
