- Clinical and roentgenological characteristics in 88 patients in 6-7 years after hip joint replacement were presented. Excellent and good indices upon Harris scale were obtained in 89,9% cases. Concomitant pathology of backbone lumbar zone was the cause of unsatisfactory results in most cases. Good fixation of the prosthesis both parts in all patients was marked in roentgenogram evaluation. By De Lee and Charnley scheme in 17% cases the authors revealed the bright area in the first acetabular component zone, in 36,4% – in the seventh (rarely – in the first and sixth) femoral component zone. The ossificates localized in hip joint area which were corresponded to I–II classes (by Brooker system) were detected in 25% patients.
