MORPHOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF UROPOIETIC SYSTEM ORGANS IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS IN USAGE OF B-TRILON BASED POLYCOMPONENT LITHOLYTIC SOLUTIONS

- Litholytic solutions effect on the structure of uropoietic system organs in experimental animals in their local application was studied. The experiment was carried out upon 18 rabbits; litholytic solutions of various chemical composition were introduced into their urinary tracts. The selection of sectional samples was done after the experiment by standard techniques. Histological investigation of uropoietic system organs was made by light microscopy; the data obtained were processed statistically. The results demonstrated the lack of coarse pathomorphological changes of uropoietic tracts in laboratory animals in B-trilon based litholytic solutions.
