DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH TO MEDICAL SOCIAL PEDIATRIC ACCOMPANIMENT IN CHILDREN OF VARIOUS CONSTITUTIONAL TYPES IN MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

- The actuality of the complex individualized approach to the medical social accompaniment is defined by the negative tendency to the deterioration of children health status especially of schoolchildren. The program is based upon the division of the children into three types of psychosomatic constitution namely the direction of their psychic activity: introverts (directed in), extraverts (directed out) and centroverts (activity balance). Intro-, extra- and centroverts have clear differences in physical and neural psychic development, in functioning of their organs and systems, predisposition to the diseases and it is taken into account in the development of the programs of prevention and the complex of clinical recommendations.
