ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF LENTINUS EDODES SUCCUS IN PROLONGED CONSERVATION

Abstarct

Authors determined the stability of Lentinus edodes succus and its antimicrobial activity in prolonged conservation. The obtained results allowed to ascertain the fact that the succus of this fungus was the perspective medicinal form which had selective activity with respect to pathogenic and relatively pathogenic bacteria of human microflora structure.
