CURRENT OPTIONS OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS C ANTIVIRAL THERAPY

Abstarct: The Russian healthcare system faces the task to minimize the incidence of hepatitis C by 2030. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the volume of drug therapy to involve every patient. The study investigates the organization of medical care for patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) in Russia and in the Ivanovo region. It also summarizes the interim results of the day hospital working in treating CHC at City Clinical Hospital 1 in Ivanovo from 2018 to the present. The prospects of CHC treating, including outpatient settings, are considered.
