OWN EXPERIENCE OF INTRODUCTION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES INTO THE WORK OF EMERGENCY ROOM OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY HOSPITAL

Abstarct: The effectiveness of organizational measures for the implementing of informational analytical system in the work of emergency room of Aleksandro-Mariinskay regional clinical hospital (Astrakhan region) in 2019–2021 was described. The advantages of module “Traffic light” were adduced.The results of this system application in 2019-2021 were as follows: average time of patient’s stay in emergency room was reduced from 1 hour 45 minutes to 55 minutes, the part of patients who were staying in the emergency room more than one hour consistently decreased from 75,8 to 19 %.
