Abstarct: A clinical case of rare disease at the junction of dermatology, parasitology and psychiatry – Morgellons disease – is described; its etiology is not studied. Information from the reports concerning this state is adduced. This disease requires complex diagnosis and treatment, complex interaction of various medical specialists.
