THE TECHNOLOGY OF REMOTE MONITORING OF PHYSICAL TRAINING IN CARDIOREHABILITATION

Abstarct
Objective – to develop the technology of remote monitoring of physical training (PT) for patients who undergo rehabilitation after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Material and methods. Ivanovo State Medical Academy in collaboration with “Remote medicine” LLC (city of Moscow) and “Neurosoft» LLC (city of Ivanovo) developed technological model and methodical support of telemedicine system (TMS) implemented in the form of a computer program, and the device for remote monitoring of PT. Results and discussion. The developed «Accordix» TMS consists of cardioregistrator, signal transmission system and remote monitoring center. This system performs remote electrocardiogram (EC) recording during motion, ECG and heart rate (HR) analysis. It fixates unfavorable reactions to training in real time and automatically gives a signal about stopping or reducing the intensity of the load. TMS approbation is performed in 12 patients who undergo rehabilitation course after AMI. So the opportunity of the programming of load control points, the monitoring of their achievement, the registration of the output of the pulse outside the recommended range is demonstrated. The system may be used both in medical facility and in outpatient treatment.
