- A clinical case of successful surgical treatment for spinal canal stenosis (SCS) in a patient with complex coxovertebral syndrome by transcutaneous videoendoscopic technique is desribed. Positive moments of such technique in comparison to other techniques are as follows: minimal stay in in-patient department, significant decrease of painful and radicular syndromes, less blood loss, absence of complications in postoperative wound healing, decrease of risks for peridural formation of scars and in muscular tissue, fast restoration of life quality, particularly of hip joint, in coxovertebral syndrome and it is confirmed by the correspondent questionnaires data.
