MODERN STATE OF LABOUR REHABILITATION SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS

Abstarct

Objective – to analyze the dynamics of invalidization of patients with mental and behavioral disorders and the state of labour rehabilitation system in medical facilities of psychiatric profile in 2015–2020. Material and methods. The data which were presented in the 10th form of federal statistic observation «Information about morbidity of mental and behavioral disorders (except for diseases connected to psychoactive substances use)» and in the 36th form of federal statistic observation «Information about contingents of mentally ill persons» in 2020 in the Russian Federation are analyzed. Results and discussion. In 2020 in the Russian Federation the disability level due to mental disorders was amounting to 715,7 persons per 100 000 population. Half of the patients (50,0 %) with disability due to mental disorders were people of working age. In the period from 2015 to 2020 the percentage of disabled persons of III group in the structure of disability increased by 13,5 %. Only in one third of the Russian Federation regions there are medical facilities with medical labour workshops. From 2016 to 2021 their quantity in the Russian Federation decreased from 33 to 28 (the pace of decline – 15,2 %), and the quantity of vacations in such workshops – by 22,7 %. Conclusion. The reducing the number of facilities of labour rehabilitation for persons with mental and behavioral disorders with the increase in the number of patients for whom such psychiatric aid is needed should be considered to be unfavorable tendency.
