ADMINISTRATION OF POLYCLINIC MEDICAL AID IN CHILDREN WHO UNDERGONE NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTION

Abstarct: The program of rehabilitation measures for children who undergone new coronavirus infection (NCVI) is described; this program is introduced into medical rehabilitation unit of the Ivanovo municipal pediatric polyclinic. This program includes three blocks: 1) general recommendations in spite of age and clinical manifestations of post-COVID syndrome which are aimed at normalization of organism work on the whole (organization of vital activity and nutrition of the child), 2) non-drug measures upon the correction of post-COVID syndrome manifestations (physiotherapeutic treatment, remedial gymnastics), 3) medical treatment. The analysis of rehabilitative measures efficacy with due regard to age peculiarities in children is performed. It is demonstrated that the application of the possibilities of medical rehabilitation unit promotes the restoration of disordered functions for short period of time with predominant usage of non-drug methods of treatment
