MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL AID IN PEDIATRIC CLINIC FOR CHILDREN WITH DISORDERS OF PSYCHORECHOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstarct: The problem of delayed psychorechological development (DPD) in modern children is going beyond medical and pedagogical ones and is becoming social problem both for separate family and for the society in general. And so there is the problem of late diagnosis of these disorders when correctional measures are less effective. The period of time which is allocated for prophylactic medical consultation does not result in high quality evaluation of neuro-psychological development by pediatricians. Some screening-table is suggested in order to increase the efficacy of such work. Low level of necessary information in parents concerning their aid to children with DPD is determined; some trends of informative and training work which is the most important component of aid for such patients are defined. The management system of medico-social aid for children with delayed psychorechological development is presented; the analysis of its efficacy is given
