Objective – to evaluate surgical treatment quality in patients with LLV and to single out general factors which determine it. Material and methods. The survey was performed in Ivanovo municipal medical facilities from 2014 to 2018. 428 women with LLV who undergone endovasal laser obliteration (EVLO) in veins of lower limbs were enrolled in the study. Clinical and instrumental examination was performed according to current clinical recommendations. Expert estimation of surgical treatment quality was made. Results and discussion. Clinical improvement after performed operative treatment was revealed in 425 (99,3 %) among 428 patients. Pathological venous reflux were eliminated after the operation in 402 (93,9 %) cases. The improvement of life quality was marked in 375 (87,6 %) among 428 patients. The results of expert estimation of management and quality of surgical ambulatory aid in women with LLV testified to insufficient attention to the patient’s information provision, planning of operative intervention and to the esthetic result of the treatment.
