GENERAL MODES AND INSTRUMENTS OF LEAN PRODUCTION IN PUBLIC HEALTH

Abstarct: Authors analyzed general methods and instruments of lean production concept which was introduced into health care system of the Russian Federation in the realization of federal project “Development of system of first medicosanitary aid administration» in the frames of national project “Health care”. General characteristic features of work standardization, work space organization by 5С method, quick readjustment, value stream mapping, protection from honest mistakes, storekeeping by kanban method, total equipment maintenance and visualization were made. Sphere of application, general tasks and used instruments, stages of introduction of lean production methods into health care system were presented.
