MEDICOSOCIAL ASPECTS OF PSYCHIC HEALTH IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS: POSSIBILITIES OF ITS PREVENTION AND STRENGTHENING

Abstarct: Some characteristic features of psychic health status in children and adolescents are described: high prevalence of borderline neuropsychic disorders, increased incidence of autoaggressive and deviant forms of behavior, presence of phobic and anxious manifestations in schoolchildren. Low identification of borderline psychic disorders in schoolchildren is marked, factors of biological and social environments which influence psychic health in children are determined. The actuality of the elaboration of common approach to the evaluation of neuro-psychic development of children, to the prophylaxis of its disorders and to the correction of the corresponding deviations on the grounds of integrated efforts of doctors, teachers and psychologists is substantiated.
