LONG-TERM RESULTS OF THE TREATMENT FOR BILATERAL DENDRITIC UROLITHIASIS ON THE BACKGROUND OF PRIMARY HYPERPARATHYROSIS IN CHILDHOOD

- A clinical case of long-term observation (from 2005 to 2019) in a patient with bilateral recurrent dendritic urolithiasis on the background of hypercalciemia and primary hyperparathyrosis was described. Operative treatment of urolithiasis (posterior pyelolithotomy and left nephrostomy and several courses of distance lithotripsy were performed, adenoma of parathyroid gland was removed by the specialists of the Research Institute of Pediatric Endocrinology of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. In spite of the absence of the information upon hyperparathyrosis relapse there was observed further growth of large concrements in the patient and it required the individual approach to the selection of the treatment tactics with due regard to calculus chemical composition, sizes and localization, so as to the presence of concomitant diseases and congenital abnormalities.
