Abstarct

A clinical case of family heterezygote hypercholesterolemia firstly diagnosed in a patient aged 52 years on the background of heart ischemia debut was described. The combination of obstructive atherosclerosis with rare congenital abnormality of coronary vessels was the specificity of this observation.
