THE ANALYSIS OF PROVIDING OF MEDICAL FACILITIES WITH QUALIFIED MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN RYAZAN REGION

- Quality and efficacy of medical facility work so as medical aid status are mainly determined by providing it with medical personnel. Objective - to analyze the provision of medical facilities with medical personnel in Ryazan region. Material and methods. Statistic reports of medical facilities and official statistic data of Ryazan region in 2013-2017 were analyzed. Results and discussion. Providing with medical personnel in Ryazan region in 2013 was amounting to 51,6 for 10000 inhabitants, in 2017 - 50,7 for 10000 inhabitants; physicians/physician assistants ratio was amounting to 1:2. Gradual increase of work load for physicians was marked from 1,0 to 8,9% from 2013 to 2015. Almost 50% physicians had the highest qualification category, each third physician and 19,0% physician assistants had no qualification category. Part of persons of pensionary age was amounting to 40% (among physicians - more than 45,0%), young specialists - 15,0% (among physicians - 12,0%). In 2016 48,0 % alumnae of medical educational institutions began to work in medical and pharmaceutical facilities of Ryazan region. Conclusions. The authors marked significant shortage of medical workers in the region in spite of performed social measures which were directed to the stimulation of indraft and consolidation of physicians and physician assistants in medical institutions; it dictated the necessity of further improvement of material support and active labor policy concerning regional medical personnel, searching of new forms and mechanisms of management.
