PREVENTIVE MEASURES AT ANTENATAL STAGE IN PEDIATRIC POLYCLINIC: REALIZATION PROBLEMS

Abstarct: The data concerning antenatal prevention organization are adduced; prenatal home nursing in pregnant women particularly. These findings testified to high frequency of the disorders in the mode of life and low level of knowledge in pregnant women regarding their influence upon future infant health. Reduced level of knowledge in medical personnel in the field of antenatal prevention of infant health and their insufficient activity in the realization of prophylactic consulting in patients upon these questions were also demonstrated. The following ways of antenatal prevention improvement were substantiated: algorithm introduction of intradepartmental interaction of obstetricians, gynecologists and pediatricians; heightening of knowledge level in specialists of obstetric-therapeutic-pediatric complexes concerning the problems of children health development, dissemination of information materials for pregnant women and improvement of formal documental confirmation of the proposed recommendations.
