THE ORGANIZATION OF «PROBATION AT CLINICAL BASE» MODULE IN SPECIALIST TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL HEALTH

Abstarct: The approaches to the organization of training module "Probation at clinical base" were described; they allowed to provide mutually beneficial partnership of interested parties for the development of this branch of public health management as a whole. The module «Probation at clinical base» supposed practice-oriented approach to training specialists in the field of public health management and social health; it allowed to develop necessary skills according to the professional standard. In this regard it was expedient to provide the separate training module in the program of vocational training on the additional professional education cycles in the specialty 31.08.71 «The organization of health care management and social health». In the course of the module development students used the opportunity to be acquainted in practice with features of management processes in the organization of health care and to seize practical skills to perform labor functions and actions according to their position.
