- Clinical description of tardy diagnosis of eosinophilic granulomatosis in combination with polyangiitis (Churg - Strauss syndrome) in a patient aged 56 years with clinical picture of acute myocardial infarction which had been suffered from bronchial asthma for a long time was presented. The development of myocardium necrosis of non-atherothrombotic genesis with following formation of congestive heart failure was proved to be course peculiarity of eosinophilic granulomatosis in combination with polyangiitis.
