- The clinical case of the combination of tuberculosis of suprarenal glands and pulmonary tuberculosis with multiple somatic diseases (bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stomach ulcer) is presented. The manifestations of nonspecific diseases which disguise the symptoms of specific lesion of suprarenal glands and which impede the correct diagnosis are determined. Some practical recommendations to improve the diagnosis of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis localizations in patients with combined somatic pathology are formulated namely it is expediently to examine the content of suprarenal glands hormones in blood and to use computer tomography including contrast ratio instead of ultrasound investigation.
