COMPARE AUTOPROBIOTICS COMPLEXES OF LACTIC ACID BACTERIA WITH CLOSE GENETIC RELATIVES

Abstarct
Actuality. Autoprobiotic complexes derived from patient relatives may be used for intestinal dysbiosis correction besides the traditional probiotic preparations; it requires thorough investigation. Objective is to compare lactobacteria complexes of autobiotic strains of genetically near relatives. Material and methods. Alive lactobacteria autoprobiotic complexes were derived from genetically near relatives (32 persons). The analysis of molecular mass spectrum in macromolecules fragments of autoprobiotic complexes by technique of time-of-flight mass spectrometry with matrix activated laser resorption-ionization, MALDI ToF). Results and conclusions. the coincidence of molecular mass spectrum in macromolecules fragments of autoprobiotic complexes from genetically near relatives was observed in 49.9% cases in children and in 30.5% cases in adults. Spectrum comparative evaluation allowed to investigate autoprobiotic complexes without preliminary derivation of separate strains and their type identification. MALDI ToF technique demonstrated the possibility of quick and reliable determination of complex purity degree and derived individual lactobacteria autoprobiotic complexes monitoring.
