- The complex of therapeutic and rehabilitative measures in humerus proximal zone fractures is described. The peculiarity of this complex is as follows: the usage of blocked wire osteosynthesis for surgical treatment increases possibilities also for the rehabilitation because it excludes the damage of rotatory cuff, provides the maintenance of osseous mass of humerus proximal zone, excludes the disturbance of local blood circulation and promotes early patient stirring up owing to Y-form wire eye blockage. And in such case the process of active rehabilitation begins at earlier stages than in classic technique by Dreving - Gorinevsky; the initial stage of the treatment would be reduced to 10-14 days. The results of the probation of the given system of therapeutic rehabilitative measures in 15 patients with humerus proximal zone fractures are adduced in the report. Positive functional results according to DASH were already observed in all patients in 3-4 weeks after the operation.
