REHABILITATION IN PATIENTS WITH POSTMASTECTOMY SYNDROME: A CLINICAL CASE

Abstarct: A clinical case of rehabilitation in a patient with the participation of multidisciplinary team upon the individual program which was developed by module system is described. The described case might be interested to the clinicians in connection with rather rare symptomatology namely the injury of peripheral nervous system in the form of compression ischemic brachioplexopathy and secondary compression ischemic alterations in the zone of carpal canal. This case clearly demonstrated that all women who undergone special treatment for mammary glands cancer and who had the manifestations of postmastectomy syndrome needed the administration of rehabilitation measures complex at early stages.
