PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY OF DISTRICT DOCTOR IN THE SPHERE OF PHYSICAL REHABILITATION IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME AFTER CORONARY SHUNTING

Abstarct: The authors discuss the organizational, methodological and practical aspects of medical rehabilitation in patients who had acute myocardial infarction and/or coronary shunting at the 3rd ambulatory stage of the rehabilitation under conditions of district doctor office. All skills and habits of the district doctor in this sphere are enumerated according to the requirements of the “Procedure of medical rehabilitation aid rendering in patients”; groups of patients after coronary stunting and acute myocardial infarction are characterized from the point of view of perspective and volume of rehabilitative measures. The usage of physical rehabilitation techniques in patients at ambulatory stage is described in detail including the assessment of daily physical activity, physical trainings also the management of monitoring and correction of load volume in accordance with the patient status dynamics.
