Abstarct
The influence of individual personal features of medical students on the selection of interpersonal relation model in the “Doctor - patient” dyad was analyzed. The definition of the factors which should determine the opinion alterations in the first year students and third year students in the process of choosing of professional personal position in interpersonal relations was the constituent part of the research. The authors developed the program of the elective course which provided the realization of the reflexive model of education; this program was of great practical value. It allowed to apply various motivation-stimulation conditions for self-realization of personal educational resources in polysubject model of interpersonal relations in “Doctor - patient” dyad.
