- The experience of Chelyabinsk region in the sphere of specialized medical care management withusing of endovascular techniques in patients with acute coronary syndrome is presented in the report. The basic stages and the results obtained after the implementation of the regional program are elucidated. The analysis of the direct results of the one of the regional vascular centers of Chelyabinsk region is made. The author defines the further ways for regional medical service improvement.
